We are seeking a skilled Gardener Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in gardening and landscaping, with a strong knowledge of different plant species, soil types, and gardening techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of gardeners and assign tasks accordingly
- Plan and schedule garden maintenance tasks
- Maintain gardens by watering, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, etc.
- Create garden designs according to client preferences
- Provide advice on plant selection and maintenance
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Report any issues or concerns to management
