The Content Acquisition Specialist will lead the content acquisition process, collaborating with internal and external teams to acquire high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Research:
    Conduct in-depth research on various topics to provide valuable insights for content creation, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor content.
  2. Project Planning and Management:
    Develop and manage content acquisition timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating and overseeing the content acquisition process.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations, communicating project progress and status to key stakeholders.
  4. Partner Relationships:
    Build and maintain relationships with content providers, licensors, and other external partners, negotiating terms and agreements.
  5. Content Delivery and Integration:
    Ensure acquired content is delivered on time, working with technical teams to upload and categorize content.
  6. Budget Management:
    Monitor and track costs for content acquisition projects, ensuring they remain within allocated budgets.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in content acquisition or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of content licensing and negotiations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights related to content performance.
