Business Growth Specialist
Sales and Business DevelopmentWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to support our sales and business development efforts. In this role, you will assist the Head of Business Development in preparing bids, tenders, and proposals. You will also be responsible for maintaining our method statement folder and conducting research projects on national or local significance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be confident in their ability to lead on smaller bids and tenders under the supervision of a Business Development Manager.
In addition to assisting with research and liaison with external organizations and individuals, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of service design and support services as they prepare for re-tender. They will also play a key role in delivering our Business Plan target for new growth, diversification, and sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Business Development Managers in the preparation of bids, tenders, and PQQs.
- Assist in the upkeep of the method statement folder.
- Carry out intelligence gathering projects of national or local significance.
- Lead on smaller bids and tenders under the supervision of a Business Development Manager.
- Support the Business Development Manager and their teams in drafting and finalizing submissions, presentations, etc.
- Assist with research and liaison with external organizations and individuals in gathering, collating, and analyzing benchmarking information and commissioning priorities.
- Contribute to the development of service design.
