Seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development and improvement of our AI-powered solutions.

About This Role
  • This is an opportunity to leverage cutting-edge libraries and technologies to build efficient and scalable systems.
  • We are looking for a talented individual with a solid understanding of production-level machine learning models, including training and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with language models and a strong grasp of various model architectures, such as Transformers and RNNs.

Familiarity with advanced machine learning concepts, like State Space Modeling and Hidden Markov Models, is strongly encouraged. Experience with user experiences using DSPy and LangChain is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Train and deploy production-level machine learning models focused on forecasting, anomaly detection, and event prediction.
  2. Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness.
  3. Create agentic language model-based user experiences.
  4. Work with large datasets, process and analyze data using tools like Pandas and Numpy.
  5. Use modern deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch to implement and optimize models.
  6. Integrate machine learning models into our product suite.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges through AI/ML solutions.
  8. Optimize and fine-tune models for performance in real-world production environments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in training and deploying production models.
  • 5+ years of experience with the following libraries: Pytorch, Pandas, Numpy.
  • Hands-on experience with language models.
  • Solid understanding of the following model architectures: Transformers, RNN, S4, Mamba, LSTM.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with advanced machine learning concepts, including State Space Modeling, Hidden Markov Models, BEAM Search, Human Feedback Reinforcement Learning, Relationship Graph Theory, Automatic Prompt Optimization.
  • Experience with user experiences using DSPy, LangChain.
Working Conditions:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
