Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Summary

This role requires an experienced professional who can oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best candidates for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet these needs.
  • Implement a comprehensive recruitment plan to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates.
  • Develop innovative approaches to recruit both technical and non-technical talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Bolster the candidate pipeline by leveraging employer branding, proactive outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Evaluate applicants' qualifications through a thorough evaluation process, including interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing them with timely updates on the status of their applications.
  • Ensure timely updates of recruitment data in our internal database to facilitate efficient management and tracking.
  • Swiftly fill vacancies and keep hiring managers informed of onboarding progress.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our database.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in recruiting non-technical and technical roles is considered desirable.
  • A degree in HR, Business, or MIS is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
