Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join us remotely. You will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and drive results. Working closely with our marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to craft compelling content, design eye-catching templates, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in alignment with company objectives and target audience segments.
  2. Create engaging email content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
  3. Design and implement email templates that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  4. Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
  5. Utilize industry best practices to achieve email marketing targets for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  6. Experience in sending bulk emails while adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
  7. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure email campaigns are integrated seamlessly with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
