About this role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for growing our client base, managing customer touchpoints, and helping build a recognizable and trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Business Development:
  • Identify, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads (resellers, shops, influencers).
  • Maintain and update a CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.

Client Operations & Order Management:

  1. Manage customer orders, resolve queries, and follow up on payments.
  2. Ensure smooth communication from inquiry to order fulfillment.
  3. Liaise with the warehouse for inventory status and order dispatch.

Brand & Customer Experience:

  1. Improve brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints (website, DMs, etc.).
  2. Create engaging content (photos/videos/text) that highlights our unique brand vibe.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Excellent written and spoken English.
  2. Proactive communicator who's comfortable with outreach and lead nurturing.
  3. Organized, reliable, and great at managing multiple tasks independently.
  4. Strong grasp of Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify (or similar platforms), and spreadsheets.
