Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer in Civil Engineering to join our team at Regent Education and Research Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an instructional program for students.
  • Identify and implement different teaching methods for students with various educational backgrounds.
  • Transfer theoretical information, practical skills, methods, and techniques to students.
  • Create a positive and honest environment for students during class hours.
  • Use media equipment to support courses.
  • Maintain good relationships with college staff, students, and their parents.
  • Encourage students to organize debates.
  • Stimulate analytical and rational thinking in students.
  • Supervise student projects.
  • Examine and provide feedback on students' academic activity.
  • Develop and implement a research strategy in a specific field.
  • Participate in and coordinate research activities.
  • Write publications about research activity.
  • Sustain presentations at national and international conferences.
  • Participate in college fairs.
  • Write proposals or applications to receive funding or accreditation.
  • Handle student problems.
  • Act as a tutor and offer moral support to students.
  • Counsel students regarding their educational development and career choosing.
