Effective project execution, progress oversight and scope management are pivotal to the success of any initiative. As a seasoned Project Director, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including change control, risk assessment and communication strategy. You will chair weekly status meetings, manage meeting minutes, track action items and update stakeholders on progress. With a deep understanding of project management functions, process groups and knowledge areas, you will be responsible for budgetary allocation, expenditure and acquittal of project finances. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to develop and analyse status reports, answer client queries and create presentations for internal and external discussions.

Requirements

A university degree in a related field is essential, with a Post-Graduate qualification or higher levels in management being highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years experience in project management/project leadership is required, with experience in managing large projects in the social development sector being advantageous. PMP/Prince2 certification is also highly desirable.
