Quality Assurance Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead our Quality Control efforts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in quality control, specifically within the skin care and natural products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QC procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee quality checks during production and post-production stages, guaranteeing consistent product quality.
  • Maintain accurate QC documentation and reports, facilitating data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with production and R&D teams to optimize product quality and efficiency.
  • Assist in conducting internal and external audits, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor raw material and finished goods quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or relevant sciences.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in quality control within the skin care and natural product industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, testing methods, and regulatory compliance.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
