We are seeking a skilled Senior Front End Engineer to join our team in Pakistan.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the development of our web applications using React. As a key member of our DeFi Dapp engineering team, you will be responsible for building high-quality web applications, collaborating with UX/UI designers and backend engineers, and troubleshooting performance issues.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with DeFi protocols, strong people skills, business acumen, and a solid work ethic. A passion for web3, smart contracts, and DeFi primitives is essential, along with a deep understanding of blockchain architecture and protocol design.

The role requires on-site collaboration at the designated office, five days a week, depending on project needs. Significant overlap with US business hours is necessary for collaboration with US teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build high-quality web applications using React.
  • Develop and implement responsive, reusable components.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to add new features.
  • Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Artists to translate user needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with React.
  • Proficiency with Hooks, Redux, and React Context.
  • Understanding of component lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
  • Experience with Unit Testing and TDD.
  • Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, self-motivation, and commitment to quality.
