Job Summary

The Warehouse Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of all inwards and outwards transactions, as well as ensuring timely dispatch and consolidation of all orders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Update inventory records on a daily basis across multiple platforms (ERP, Excel, QuickBooks) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Transaction Recording: Maintain accurate records of all inwards and outwards transactions, including reconciling physical and entered stock on a weekly basis.
  3. Standard Operating Procedures: Devise and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  4. Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely dispatch and consolidation of all orders, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Physical Inventory: Conduct weekly physical inventory of warehouses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  1. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with warehouse managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
  3. Basic Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
