Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our marketplace activities, adhering to Amazon FBA/FBM operations and all platform policies.

  • Monitor and manage compliance across Amazon, including listings, returns, orders, and communications to ensure they follow platform rules.
  • Oversee account health metrics such as ODR, VTR, and late shipment rate, taking proactive steps to prevent problems.
  • Manage and monitor product reviews and ratings to ensure they meet platform guidelines, identifying trends and flagging suspicious or non-compliant activity.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance issues and resolve them before they impact account performance.
  • Handle warnings, ASIN suppressions, and disputes, documenting and resolving them quickly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure compliance is integrated into every step of our process.
  • Communicate with Amazon Seller Support and platform representatives when needed to handle escalations.
  • Maintain clear, organized records of any compliance activity, audit logs, and resolutions.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Compliance, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience working directly with Amazon Seller Central, including listing compliance, account health, and resolving violations. Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Walmart, or eBay is also essential. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and comfort using Amazon Seller tools, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and internal dashboards are must-haves.
