About the Role:As a Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to assess patients, develop and deliver individual physiotherapy treatment plans. You will formulate treatment/exercise plans for patients, enabling them to achieve treatment goals. You will also document patient assessment and progress notes according to the SOAP format.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Formulate treatment/plans for patients to enable them to achieve treatment goals.
- Document patient assessment and progress notes in accordance with the SOAP format.
- Educate and advise patients and their families about preventing and/or improving conditions.
- Use equipment safely and competently, and ensure that patients use appliances and aides correctly.
- Stay updated with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Completed traineeship or at least two years of relevant experience from a reputable healthcare organisation.
- Ability to perform physiotherapy procedures and operate relevant equipment.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
