Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Custom WordPress Website Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and design, with a focus on creating pixel-perfect websites that meet client expectations.

The successful candidate will have experience with Elementor & Elementor Pro, and will be able to design and develop custom WordPress websites that are visually appealing and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Design and develop custom WordPress websites using Elementor & Elementor Pro
  • Customize themes and child themes as per project needs
  • Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and performance
  • Manage, install, and update plugins safely
  • Debug and resolve front-end and back-end issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 1 year of hands-on WordPress/Elementor experience

Skills

  • Proficient in WordPress core functions and hooks
  • Familiarity with popular WordPress themes (e.g., Astra, OceanWP, GeneratePress)
  • Understanding of SEO principles and tools (Yoast, RankMath, etc.)
  • Experience with website speed optimization tools (e.g., GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights)
  • Familiarity with web hosting environments and DNS management
  • Comfortable with FTP, file manager, and phpMyAdmin
