Technical Lead Position Open

We have a challenging technical lead position available for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer.

About the Position:

This position involves leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications.

  • Lead responsibilities include defining project requirements, designing architecture, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Candidates must have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide their team members.
  • Additional requirements include excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Candidates must also have experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) is also required.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Python Developer.
  3. Strong knowledge of Python and its libraries (e.g., Django, Flask).
  4. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  5. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  6. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
  7. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
