English IELTS Trainer Role

We are seeking an experienced English trainer to join our team and provide high-quality instruction to students aiming to achieve their desired IELTS scores.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, using various teaching methods to enhance student participation, and ensuring active learning in the classroom.

To succeed in this role, the selected individual must possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students from diverse age groups and social backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive IELTS training programs
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among students
  • Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student progress
  • Stay updated on the latest exam trends and course syllabus

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of English teaching experience is preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Presentation skills and effective student handling abilities
  • Self-motivated and independent work ethic
  • Basic computer literacy is preferable
  • A previously taken IELTS exam with a band score of at least 7 will be considered advantageous
