We are seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of software development methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a background in software development and at least 2 years of experience in project management. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Identify project dependencies and resource requirements.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  3. Risk Management:
    • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to management and clients.
    • Facilitate effective communication between team members.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure software meets specified requirements.
    • Conduct regular reviews and testing to identify and address defects.
    • Strive for continuous improvement in software quality and performance.
  6. Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Gather and prioritize client requirements.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and responsive communication.
