Senior Counsel

LINRCO Pakistan is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Counsel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have strong legal expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the regulatory environment. Key Responsibilities/Duties include:

1. Legal Document Review & Analysis: Review, analyze, and interpret legal documents, including contracts, lease agreements, and government regulations, to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
2. Legal Advice & Compliance: Provide legal advice to management and employees on a wide range of topics, including compliance, risk management, intellectual property rights, and other legal issues impacting the company.
3. Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the organization's interests are fully protected.
4. Litigation & Legal Disputes: Manage legal disputes and legal proceedings by coordinating with external legal counsel and representing the company's interests in court or other legal proceedings.
5. Legal Research & Development: Stay updated on legal developments and changes in legislation to ensure the company operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
