We are seeking an experienced Lead Voice Solutions Architect with deep expertise in developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) and building state-of-the-art voice solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating AI voice agents using advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), as well as implementing real-time communication systems with Twilio integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-driven voice agents using LLMs and RAG techniques to deliver personalized conversational experiences.
  • Develop and optimize Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Speech-to-Speech (STS) systems to achieve high-quality voice interactions.
  • Architect and deploy low-latency, real-time voice applications that exceed user expectations.
  • Integrate and manage communication APIs like Twilio for seamless voice interactions, ensuring efficient and effective customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end quality and performance of AI voice agents, driving business success through innovative solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and real-time voice technologies to remain at the forefront of industry trends.
