Job Summary:
Fishery Section ManagerThis is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for the overall performance of the fishery section. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of service quality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fisheries management and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve these objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of fishery staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels and costs.
- Prior experience as a fishery manager or in a similar role is necessary.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
