We're seeking an accomplished Senior Call Centre Operations Manager to join our team and lead our call centre to even greater heights. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the call centre and driving results through your exceptional leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of senior call centre agents and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  3. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organisation.
  5. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to help team members build their skills and advance their careers.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a call centre leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with call centre software and technology.
