Job Summary

We seek an experienced Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes, maintain data in credentialing databases, review applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes for seamless workflow coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in credentialing databases and online systems for efficient verification and application tracking.
  • Review and prepare verification letters for applicants, ensuring timely follow-up on pending applications.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, insurance panels, and other relevant requirements.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams for smooth credentialing operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in credentialing, specifically in the US Healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of credentialing processes, insurance panels, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and follow-up skills to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
