Lead Digital Learning Innovation

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Learning Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across our organization. In this position, you will drive the integration of instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning and engagement.
This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and project management, capable of leading our digital transformation in employee development.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement our organization's digital learning strategy
- Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules
- Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting
- Design and conduct training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools
- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
