We are seeking a Senior Video Editor who will be responsible for creating transformative video content. This role involves developing, editing, and delivering professional video content for advertising campaigns, social platforms, and website use.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Content Development: Develop, edit, and deliver high-quality video content that meets campaign goals and engages target audiences.
  • Motion Graphics Design: Design and animate advanced motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, animated logos, branded transitions, and special effects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into visually compelling stories.
  • Post-Production Workflow Management: Manage the entire post-production workflow, from rough cut to final export, ensuring the highest quality standards.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay ahead of video trends, techniques, and platform requirements (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Format Optimization: Optimize video assets for different formats and aspect ratios across all platforms.
  • Project Organization and Consistency: Maintain organized project files, follow branding guidelines, and ensure consistency across all content.
  • Creative Contribution: Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, new video series, and content innovations.

Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar NLE and animation tools).
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio of short-form ads, social videos, and branded motion graphics (please provide links).
  • Visual Storytelling: Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital video best practices.
  • Platform Experience: Experience editing and delivering video content for paid ads and organic posts on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and web.
  • Media Optimization: Proficient in color grading, audio mixing, and optimizing for multiple formats.
  • Independent Work and Time Management: Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Creativity and Collaboration: Creative thinker with a passion for testing new styles, effects, and creative approaches. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely and using project management/collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
