Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Front End Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our responsive web application, solving complex problems, and driving innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies, including React, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript. You will be responsible for implementing API calls, utilizing dynamic reducers, and architecting elegant solutions to complex problems.

We value candidates with experience working on large-scale products, preferably with 7+ years of software development experience. Your expertise should include proficiency in JSX, ES2020+, HTML, and CSS, as well as knowledge of design systems like Material UI or Ant Design.

Key Responsibilities
  • API Integration: Implement API calls using the Stale-With-Revalidate paradigm to support fast, network-first data access with offline caching
  • Redux and Dynamic Reducers: Utilize Redux and dynamic reducers to manage state changes and improve application performance
  • Page Builder: Develop a React-based page builder that generates React components with API integration
  • Engagement Features: Add more engagement features, such as chat, group discussions, 1:1 video meetings, and breakout rooms
Your Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience as a software developer working on large-scale products
  • Front-End Expertise: 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript and a deep understanding of the React ecosystem
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to architect elegant solutions to complex problems using appropriate abstractions and techniques
  • Code Management: Comfortable working with large code bases and contributing to open-source projects
  • API Knowledge: Experience working with Restful APIs and integrating them into applications
  • Language Skills: Proficient in JSX, ES2020+, HTML, and CSS, as well as knowledge of design systems like Material UI or Ant Design
  • Culture Fit: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to mentor and grow team members, and provide technical guidance and oversight
Nice to Have
  • Typescript Experience: Experience working with Typescript and writing strongly typed React components and hooks
  • React Query: Experience with React-Query or similar libraries for API-driven React components
  • Mobile App Development: Knowledge of developing mobile applications through Capacitor, Cordova, or React Native
  • Docker and CI/CD: Experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
