Production Manager Position

The ideal candidate will oversee production operations and drive business growth by implementing efficient processes, managing resources, and enhancing productivity.

  • Meet production targets through effective management of manpower and resources.
  • Develop business strategies to achieve company objectives and promote operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all operations.
  • Ensure total quality management and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Manage budgets, plans, and programs to optimize equipment utilization, space, facilities, and human resources.

  • Develop tactical plans to ensure factory operational goals are met.
  • Maintain desired product quality through employee awareness and training programs.
  • Ensure competency and continuity of managerial personnel through training and motivation.
  • Foster positive employee relations to achieve productivity objectives.
  • Formulate policies and action plans to maximize production.
  • Lead and manage commercial and supply chain processes.

Key Performance Indicators: Zero complaints regarding production issues during the service year.
