VAC Manager

">About the Job:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled VAC Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Visa Application Center.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 5-6 years of experience in a well-reputed organization.

They should be motivated, quick learners, and possess excellent communication skills.

A pleasant personality and ability to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with all departments, ensuring compliance with prescribed systems, and dealing with applicant queries or complaints.

The overall responsibility includes:

  1. Coordination with all departments of the VAC.
  2. Dealing with and responding to applicants' queries or complaints.
  3. Ensuring compliance with prescribed systems as per SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Excellent MS Office skills.
  2. Past experience in team management.
  3. Ability to ensure timely reporting and updating to the line manager.

Additionally, the candidate should be an Islamabad resident and able to adapt to new situations quickly.
