E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are hiring a skilled E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead our Amazon business growth. Key responsibilities include managing private label brands, scaling businesses, and increasing revenue on Amazon.

  • Account Management: Monitor account health, manage customer feedback, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Brand Scaling: Develop strategies to grow our brand presence on Amazon, including expanding into new marketplaces and launching new products.
  • Advertising Management: Plan and implement Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding our brand into new Amazon marketplaces and ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and advertising ROI.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon private label brands in multiple marketplaces.
  • Proven experience in scaling brands and increasing revenue on Amazon.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout.
  • Experience with Amazon PPC management and optimization.
  • Familiarity with multiple marketplaces and understanding of local regulations and laws.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with international shipping and logistics.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and its integration with Amazon strategies.
