Architectural Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with projects from concept to completion, creating detailed drawings and 3D models, conducting site visits, and communicating with clients and contractors.

About this Role:
  1. Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop design concepts and strategies
  2. Create high-quality architectural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Develop 3D models using BIM software, utilizing knowledge of building codes and regulations
  4. Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and present design ideas, effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders
  5. Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility, applying problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
  6. Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely project delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices
  • 1-2 years of experience in architectural design or related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred), with advanced knowledge of drawing tools and techniques
  • Experience with BIM software (Revit preferred), with the ability to create accurate and detailed 3D models
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety in all projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
