Extruder Operator

We are seeking a skilled Extruder Operator to join our team. As an essential member of our production department, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of extrusion machines.

• Familiarize yourself with the maintenance and troubleshooting of extruders and related auxiliary equipment.
• Implement efficient start-up procedures for extruders and supporting auxiliary machines to ensure product quality and stable production.
• Analyze and resolve production abnormalities and product defects to enhance overall product quality.

• A minimum of three years' experience in operating extrusion machine equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of PVC sheet extrusion processes.
• Understanding of extruders and their associated molds.
• Strong teamwork skills.
