Job Title: Senior SEO and Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team and enhance our website's visibility through effective Off-Page SEO and Backlinking strategies. This role offers flexibility, with primary remote work arrangements. The ideal candidate will independently develop and implement backlink strategies, create engaging content, and optimize content across platforms. Collaboration with marketing and design teams is crucial for success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive backlink strategies to acquire high-quality links from authoritative sources.
  • Design and create engaging content, such as guest posts, articles, and infographics, to support backlink efforts.
  • Establish relationships with bloggers, influencers, and platforms to secure valuable backlinks.
  • Closely monitor backlink quality and disavow any harmful links that may negatively impact our online presence.
  • Analyze competitors' backlink profiles to discover new link-building opportunities.

Content Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize content that aligns with SEO objectives.
  • Offer expert recommendations for content structure, keyword usage, and internal linking to ensure maximum SEO value.
  • Successfully adapt content for various channels while maintaining SEO optimization and user engagement.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify optimization and backlinking opportunities.

SEO Strategy & Analysis:
  • Optimize on-page elements like meta tags, headers, and images to boost SEO performance.
  • Leverage SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Generate insightful reports and analyze data to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work seamlessly with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive SEO strategies.
  • Active participation in planning sessions to develop content strategies aligned with SEO and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in SEO, particularly off-page and backlinks.
  • Able to create content independently for SEO purposes.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Exceptional communication skills for outreach and collaboration.
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
