Senior Network Infrastructure Manager

This is a senior-level management position responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and development of network infrastructure within our organization.
About the Role:- Manage the data center, including installation, configuration, fault management, troubleshooting, maintenance, replacement, expansion, and renovation of hardware, servers, SAN, telecommunication infrastructure, networks, generators, and power infrastructure.
- Ensure the security of the data center, networks, infrastructure, IT systems, software applications, and data integrity by preventing DDoS attacks, deploying intrusion detection systems, blocking threatening servers, and implementing security policies according to industry best practices.
- Audit SOPs and application processes to prevent social engineering attacks, contact third-party vendors to resolve technical issues, and provide remote access through wireless and mobile computing.
- Assist in the deployment of connectivity through internet and data links, provide secure access to remote offices through VPN/intranet, and liaison with external service providers.
- Manage network connections on Layer 3 switches in separate virtual LANs, maintain hardware and firmware upgrades, and notify customers of unanticipated power or network issues.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 70% marks or 3+ CGPA from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in enterprise server hardware, operating systems, security systems, data center, and distributed operations.
- Experience in designing, planning, and managing state-of-the-art data centers, with expertise in IT virtual technologies and other IT green technologies.
- Certifications in CCIE/CCNP/CCNA or equivalent in ICT platforms/solutions, and certification in virtualization and experience in Cloud Computing.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in network administration, including planning, designing, configuration, development, deployment, modification, administration, maintenance, monitoring, performance optimization, and implementation of security policies.
