Job Title: Senior Project Manager

A Senior Project Manager is required to lead projects from conceptual design through implementation with outstanding managerial and client handling skills. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional managerial ability to motivate, build, and monitor cross-regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor project progress and prepare staffing plans.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and groom requirements and provide status updates.
  • Keep senior management updated on project status and risks mitigation/management.
  • Help the team in providing realistic work estimates.
  • Resolve routine project issues during project execution.
  • Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
  • Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a well-known institution.
  • 8+ years of overall professional experience in the software industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in hands-on software development in .Net or LLMs.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
