As a key member of our team, the Business Development Manager plays a vital role in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients and partners. This involves networking, cold calling, advertising, and other means of generating interest from potential clients.

To achieve success in this position, the Business Development Manager must be able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with us. They must also develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide ongoing support to continually improve the relationship.

Additionally, the Business Development Manager is responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, our solutions/services, and our competitors.

This role involves working closely with mid and senior-level management, marketing, and technical staff to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. The Business Development Manager may also manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company.

Strategic planning is a critical aspect of this job description, as it requires a deep understanding of the market, our solutions/services, and our competitors. To excel in this role, the Business Development Manager must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
