Job Title: Cashier/Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Cashier/Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Cash Handling Responsibilities:

• Balancing cash transactions and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Processing payments accurately, verifying prices, and providing receipts to every customer.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, responding to their inquiries, and assisting them in locating items.
• Providing advice or recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Operating electronic systems including scanners, scales, cash registers, and other equipment.
• Packing purchases safely for transport and maintaining a clean workspace.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Graduate or diploma holder with customer service or cashier experience.
• Effective communication skills to resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Basic mathematics and computer proficiency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and collaborating with team members to provide excellent service.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a helpful approach to resolving issues.
