Head of Taxation

Overview:

Midas Safety seeks a highly experienced and skilled Head of Taxation to lead our taxation strategy and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive taxation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns, audits, and assessments.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential tax risks.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on taxation and audit.
  • Strong CA qualification is mandatory.
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of direct and indirect taxation, including income tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

They must also have hands-on experience with tax planning and implementation.
