Job Overview:

We seek a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer to shape user journeys and the brand itself.

The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of user behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure responsive, adaptive, and accessible design implementation (WCAG standards).
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with user needs and business goals.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and handoffs to development teams.
Graphic & Visual Design:
  • Design branding and marketing assets such as logos, social media creatives, banners, ads, brochures, and packaging.
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual identity including brand color schemes, typography, and iconography.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual assets for campaigns.
  • Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with a focus on quality and consistency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for web, mobile, and print.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies and diverse graphic design projects.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Familiarity with tools like InVision, Axure, or similar for prototyping and collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end principles is a plus.
  • Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices for user-centric design.
