Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software development processes in line with product roadmaps and release deadlines
  • Write and assign detailed product feature tickets for development teams
  • Establish timelines and track release cycles, coordinating with development teams, QA, and DevOps
  • Engage with senior management on new feature ideas, following company vision and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with account managers to create end-user guides
  • Analyze team weaknesses and focus on developing skill sets
  • Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for product development and engineering teams
  • Advocate for customers throughout product design and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering, or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager
  • Ability to work 12PM-9PM PKT
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating effectively with development teams
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools such as Jira
  • High-level understanding of software development timelines and releases
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in creative problem-solving and taking initiative
  • Ability to communicate multiple project tasks across various cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English and excellent vocabulary required (oral and written)
  • Ability to work with remote team members in different time zones
