Compliance Testing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee high-volume compliance testing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of planning, execution, and delivery of multiple compliance testing projects.
  • Primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for clear and consistent communication.
  • Risk management and issue resolution through development of mitigation strategies and timely corrective actions.
  • Leadership of cross-functional project teams with task delegation and performance feedback.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
  • Project progress tracking using Microsoft Office 365 and Jira, preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Compliance, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently.
