The role of a Floor Manager at our salon involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that clients receive excellent service and are satisfied with their experience.

  • You will be responsible for serving and satisfying clients, booking appointments, managing stock and inventory, arranging window displays, checking cleanliness and facilities, organizing workshops, supervising staff, and performing cash management duties.
  • These responsibilities require strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good English and Urdu language skills are also essential for effective communication with clients and staff.
  • You will need to be able to manage stress, clients, and staff in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bilingualism and cultural awareness are also valuable assets in this role.
  • Finally, relevant education and work experience in the beauty industry are highly desirable, although not necessarily required.
