About the Job:">
  • This role requires an individual who can provide strategic leadership and vision for the institution.
  • The successful candidate will oversee undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching and research programs and manage budgetary and financial matters relating to the medical school.
Responsibilities:">
  1. Leadership and management of faculty and staff.
  2. Overseeing academic and research programs.
  3. Managing budgetary and financial matters.
  4. Developing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare organizations, industry, and government agencies.
  5. Reporting to the Board of Governors.
Qualifications:">
  • A medical or basic science qualification (MBBS or equivalent).
  • A higher diploma (FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, or US Board certification or equivalent).
  • A Ph.D. degree in a medical science (desirable).
  • At least 7 years of administrative experience leading a department, unit, program, or institution.
  • Recognized leadership qualities and a track record in teaching and research.
  • Commitment to medical education and research.
