Real Estate Data Analyst Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in the real estate industry, collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for clients. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting and standardizing property assets and aggregate level data from various sources, including annual reports, earnings releases, press releases, and other documents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and analysis, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. You will be part of a global team that provides high-quality content to customers, and your contributions will play a critical role in the company's success.

About the Job:
As a Data Analyst, your main responsibility will be to collect essential intelligence and data tracked by the Real Estate Industry department. This includes extracting real estate assets level and aggregate level data from different types of covered company sources. You will also review feedback on abstracts/tasks to minimize errors and help establish refined procedures and processes to improve accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including annual reports, earnings releases, press releases, and other documents.

  • Reviewing and refining data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement efficient procedures and processes.

  • Providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BBA, MBA, M.Com, BS, or equivalent).

  • Basic financial knowledge and understanding of accounting terminologies.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Basic MS Excel-related knowledge.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific data and software applications.
