Data Analyst Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in data extraction and analysis to join our team. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for handling and coordinating active projects, generating leads through web research, and performing virtual tasks such as lead mining and data scheduling.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multitask. You will work closely with management and clients to provide polite and professional assistance and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Handle and coordinate active projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through web research, utilizing your analytical skills to identify potential opportunities.
  3. Data Management: Perform virtual tasks such as lead mining and data scheduling, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management.
  4. Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, collaborating with other departments to coordinate actions and identify key players.
  5. Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  6. Moderation: Moderate user-completed tasks according to the company's moderation policy, ensuring consistency and fairness in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, especially in research, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and strong analytical skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude with remarkable English language skills.
