Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our organization. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities
  1. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive test plans, maintain accurate documentation, and perform thorough testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers to identify defects and ensure product stability.
  2. Performance Testing Expertise: Utilize JMeter for performance testing, including API testing, to measure system response times and capacity.
  3. Automation Frameworks: Leverage one or more automation frameworks such as Detox, Cypress, Appium, Robotium, Selenium, or Cucumber to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Covering All QA Phases: Conduct thorough testing across all phases, including System (functional and non-functional), Integration, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory, Performance, Data Verification, and Acceptance Testing.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Team Leads, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • Agile Methodologies: Possess knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles to deliver high-quality results in dynamic environments.
  • Manual and Automation Experience: Have experience in both manual testing and automation to tackle diverse testing challenges.
  • Software Quality Knowledge: Be familiar with Software Quality (SQA) methodologies and practices to ensure robust product quality.
  • Experience and Education: Possess 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance department and a Bachelor's degree in BS-CS, BE, or BIS from a reputable university.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, result orientation, self-drive, and ability to complete projects and tasks independently.
  • Lifelong Learning: Show a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field of quality assurance.
