Hardware and Software Solutions Expert Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hardware and Software Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for researching laptops, computers, servers, and related products to ensure our category remains updated.

Your duties will include listing all computing-related products on our website, maintaining an up-to-date inventory, finding local and international prices and vendors for computer/laptop-related products, and maintaining healthy business relationships with vendors.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and assisting customers in finding the right products that meet their needs, including quoting products that fit their budget. Additionally, you will guide customers about products' technicalities, quote prices for products that customers want to sell back to us under an exchange facility, handle callback requests from customers, and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring a sufficient profit margin.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and list computing-related products on our website.
  2. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of computing-related products.
  3. Finding local and international prices and vendors for computer/laptop-related products.
  4. Maintaining healthy business relationships with vendors.
  5. Coordinating and assisting customers in finding the right products that meet their needs.
  6. Guiding customers about products' technicalities.
  7. Quoting prices for products that customers want to sell back to us under an exchange facility.
  8. Handling callback requests from customers.
  9. Maintaining competitive pricing while ensuring a sufficient profit margin.

Requirements

  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Ability to provide technical support with satisfactory reasoning.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac GUI and hardware.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Able to assemble/disassemble computer hardware.
  • Understanding customers' needs and providing information accordingly.
