Job Title: Front End Developer

We are Sepia Solutions, a leading full service agency providing design and web development services, social media services, animation and print media services and other IT services. Our goal is to deliver top quality services to organizations of all sizes and industries.

As a Front-End Web Developer at Sepia Solutions, you will be responsible for creating engaging user experiences using the latest technologies such as Magento 2, WordPress, and Shopify. You will work closely with our team to define and lead best practices for front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop next-level product catalogues using Magento & WordPress.
  • Define and implement best practices for front-end development.

Required Skills:
  • Experience integrating with CMS and MVC web frameworks (Magento 2 & WordPress).
  • Proficiency in creating WordPress Themes, Magento, and Shopify themes.
  • Familiarity with CSS/styling frameworks and pre-processors (e.g. SASS, LESS).
  • Ability to create clean, semantic markup inline with current best practices.
  • Knowledge of modern client-side scripting frameworks (Backbone, Ember, Angular, Coffeescript).

Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of responsive design strategies and tactics.
  • Knowledge of SEO, semantic markup, and microformats.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of APIs and local payment merchant integration.
