Job Title:

A Female Healthcare Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

We are seeking a skilled Female Healthcare Specialist to join our team at the Maternity Ward. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and training healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our obstetrics and gynaecology services.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor junior healthcare staff in the maternity ward
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Provide medical expertise and support to patients with complex obstetric and gynaecological conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols for obstetrics and gynaecology
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FCPS or equivalent)
  • Registration with the Pakistan Medical Council (PMC)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
