Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a flexible remote environment with a growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our website content, implementing SEO strategies, creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, and developing engaging content for social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management: Oversee and update the company's website content to ensure it is optimized for SEO and performs well.
  • SEO and Digital Marketing: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by developing and posting regular content to engage with followers.
  • Hiring and Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process for staff and cleaners by conducting remote interviews via video conferencing based on set criteria.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate with new and existing clients to address their needs and queries and follow up on sales leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Basic Bookkeeping and Scheduling: Maintain basic bookkeeping records and create and manage staff rosters and schedules.
