Job Summary

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for taking raw footage and transforming it into high-converting, visually appealing videos that stop the scroll and drive engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce high-quality, portrait-style short videos (15–60 seconds) for social media platforms.
  • Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention.
  • Optimize videos for social media algorithms, ensuring they are hook-driven and engaging in the first 3 seconds.
  • Work with provided branding elements (fonts, colors, logos) to maintain consistency.
  • Suggest creative concepts and editing styles that align with cutting-edge marketing strategies.
  • Deliver projects quickly while maintaining high production standards.
  • Stay updated on trending formats, sounds, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
  • Proven experience editing short-form content (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and pacing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or animated text overlays.
